“On Thursday, the L.A. Rams officially inked linebacker Troy Reeder for another season. The 29-year-old, who joined the Rams as an undrafted free agent in 2019 following stints at Penn State and Delaware, appeared in 17 games last season, tallying 23 tackles primarily on special teams.”
Reeder spent his initial three seasons with the Rams, starting 10 games during their Super Bowl run in 2021. He then joined the L.A. Chargers in 2022 but primarily played on special teams. Returning to the Rams in 2023, he resumed defensive duties but missed the wild card round due to a knee injury. With Ernest Jones and Christian Rozeboom likely as top options, the Rams might consider drafting linebackers.
