SO SAD: Scales believes the Ibrox delay won’t affect the title bid, saying….

Due to delays in construction of the Copland Stand, Ibrox will not be ready to host games when the 2024–25 season begins next month. It is also unknown where the Govan club will hold their early home matches. Many fans and media commentators believe that Brendan Rodgers’ squad will have an early lead in the Premiership because of the continuing uncertainty surrounding Philippe Clement’s side’s schedule.

On Sunday, August 4, at Parkhead, the defending Scottish champions are merely focused on being at their best for their league debut against Kilmarnock, center-half Scales conceded. He remarked, “I don’t think it changes much for us.” It could alter slightly for them. Our only goal is to win each and every game. It has always been like that.

“Anything that occurs outside doesn’t matter if we concentrate on that. It could, who knows, alter certain things for them. Yet we will be the center of attention.
