After moving to the Lions’ restructured secondary from the Las Vegas Raiders, Robertson is determined to silence those who doubt him. He recently posted on social media, urging critics to stop labeling him as just a depth player, emphasizing that he plans to prove himself on the field: “Seriously, enough with this ‘depth player’ talk. Lol. Don’t underestimate me… you’ll see. Keep that same energy.”
Detroit secured Robertson with a contract worth $9.25 million over two years, with an additional $1.5 million in potential incentives. During his time with the Raiders, he demonstrated consistent performance, notably achieving two interceptions in consecutive seasons. Over four years with Las Vegas, Robertson accumulated 111 tackles and four interceptions.
