O’Neal is considered a Top 100 recruit by three of the four top services, boasting consensus four-star status. He holds nearly 30 offers from around the country, with most of the major players being involved in his recruitment.
The California native knows how to play to the Sooner crowd, though those in Austin would say the Longhorns are already living rent free in the high school junior’s head.

O’Neal is far from the first person to flash that now-controversial sign. Texas complained so much that the Big XII actually made the gesture illegal to use on the football field.
